General advisory service for individual customers answers questions about TE Services and employment

The general advisory service for individual customers helps customers of TE Services by telephone and electronic means. Customers appreciate the service, with an average customer feedback score of 4.6 on a scale of one to five in a survey conducted in early 2024.

A multilingual and multichannel service

The general advisory service for individual customers provides answers to questions related to employment, dealing with TE Services and using online services, as well as guidance to other services if necessary. The service is available in Finnish, Swedish, English and Russian by telephone. In the Job Market Finland's chat service, the advisory service experts serve in Finnish. The Tarmo chatbot helps customers when an expert is not available. Service provided by TE Customer Service Centre.

“You will always feel valued and supported"

The focus for collection of the TE Customer Service Centre customer feedback and quality development in 2024 centres around the theme of creating empathetic and appreciative interactions. The theme has been inspired by the TE Customer Service Centre’s strengths that have been valued by customers.

In a survey carried out in early 2024, customers of the general advisory service for individual customers were asked by message how well the customer service person was able to serve them on a scale of 1 to 5. The average score for Finnish and Swedish services was 4.6 and 4.9 for English.

In the results of the survey, customers said they received valuable and personalised service.

The TE Customer Service Centre is available by phone, chat, email and social media

The national Customer Service Centre of the employment and economic development administration manages the information, advice and guidance services of public employment and business services. These include TE telephone services, the Enterprise Finland Telephone Service and the Financial Guidance for Entrepreneurs counselling service.

The services are available through telephone, chat, email, social media and other electronic means of communication.
